Site plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a key identifying different areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
